Delivery dates

Orders normally take approximately ten working days once the sale closes to arrive at your delivery address. However, this can occasionally change according to the sale you buy from.

As we hold unique relationships with our suppliers, we only order the stock for our customers at the close of our sales, which enables us to offer such incredible savings on premium brands. Delivery times can therefore become affected by the time it takes for our suppliers , many of them international, to send products to our warehouse in the US.

You will always be notified of an estimated delivery time at Checkout and so will be made aware if it may be longer than 10 working days before you purchase (an additional 7 to 10 days should be added for deliveries outside of the US). We will also keep you updated by email if there are any delays to the delivery date.

If you have placed an order from two or more different sales within the one checkout, the items from each sale will be sent to you as we receive them. You may receive all the items you ordered from one sale on one day and the remaining items from a different sale on a different day. This is so we can get the items to you as quickly as possible as our sales finish at different times.

International deliveries

We can deliver to most European countries as shown below. All import taxes and duties are included in the total delivery price. Please note, we may not be able to refund taxes and duties to Non-EU customers who wish to return an item.


Courier information

ATLASDAY.com uses a third party delivery service, UPS, FEDEX and DPD for International deliveries. These third parties handle the transport of all items between our warehouse and your delivery address.

We are unable to deliver ‘Homeware’ items to addresses outside of the US and further restrictions may apply to larger or fragile items. You will be notified at the checkout if an item you wish to purchase is not available for delivery outside of the US. Undeliverable items will automatically be removed from your basket if a non US address is specified.



Returns


Customers who order unsuitable items from ATLASDAY.com are entitled to return their goods in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery and a refund of your returned item(s) would be offered upon receipt subject to the goods being unused and in a resalable condition with the original packaging and any tags must be intact. Please note that whilst your returned order is in transit it is still your responsibility and we therefore advise that you send items by recorded or registered delivery to insure the value of your goods.


How do I return an item?

Any returned item(s) must be sent back unused and in a resalable condition with the original packaging and any tags must be intact, within 14 days of receipt of your order.


IMPORTANT: Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything atlasday reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to you.


To return an item please follow these simple steps

  1. Enclose the dispatch note with your items explaining why you have returned your item
  2. Ask for a proof of purchase certificate when you post your item
  3. We recommend that you use a recorded form of delivery to ensure safe return
  4. Affix the returns label to your package


What happens next?

We will send you an email once we have processed your returned order in our warehouse. Providing your item meets our returns requirements and is returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, you will receive a full refund. 

If your item does not meet our returns guidelines, we will return your item to you at your address and not issue a refund.


What items cannot be returned?

The following types of product cannot be returned, although these conditions do not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are not affected:

  • Adult toys;
  • Goods tailored and produced solely for your specification;
  • Jewellery to fit piercings;
  • Opened Cosmetics and skincare;
  • CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping;
  • Perishable goods and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as food and flowers;
  • Underwear.


Refunds will always be made by the same method you used to originally purchase your order within thirty days of receiving your returned items at our warehouse.


Exchanges

The unique agreements we have with our suppliers enable us to order stock from them after the sale has closed, which is how we are able to offer you the highest saving from the normal retail price. This benefit however means that we are unable to order further stock from our supplier past the closing date of the sale as we only order enough to cover the sales that have been made.

Occasionally another customer may return the same item in a different size or colour that you would like to exchange for, and if this occurs then we are more than happy to exchange your order to suit your needs. However, these coincidences cannot be relied upon and as such we are not always to offer you the exchange you would like.

The nature of our website does mean that we may get a popular item back in stock in future sales, so customers are recommended to sign up for our sale alerts to be notified if the corresponding brand is featured on ATLASDAY.com again.
